玻利維亞客戶定制了兩臺對輥造粒機，為其加裝了篩分功能。*初只支付了一臺機器的款，但是保證在機器快完成時會繼續支付第二臺的款項，當然我們對客戶足夠信任，依舊為客戶正常制作機器。

對輥擠壓造粒機的工作原理：

對輥擠壓造粒機由電動機驅動，經皮帶輪和傳動帶經減速器傳動至兩個輥體，使兩個輥體相對工作。生產時，原料由進料口進入，經輥體相對擠壓成型，脫模后自動流入輥體底部的破碎成型工作室進行破碎。破碎成型后，合格的標準粒度顆粒經篩網篩分后，由出料溜槽排出。

Working principle of double roller extrusion granulator:

The roller extrusion granulator is driven by an electric motor, with a belt pulley and a transmission belt transmitted through a reducer to two roller bodies for relative work. During production, raw materials enter through the feeding port, are formed by relative extrusion of the roller body, and after demolding, they automatically flow into the crushing and forming studio at the bottom of the roller body for crushing. After crushing and shaping, the qualified standard sized particles are sieved and discharged from the discharge chute through the sieve.
